Design

The goal was to look modern and fresh, especially since the property management industry is seen to be old-fashioned. For a young company to stand out, bright colors and modern fonts immediately brings a spark to the audience.

CMS

The CMS we choose was WordPress. Since we needed a lot of landing pages, easy and familiar interface and the capacity to handle bookings on the website as well.

Properties

The main page is the properties page, here potential customers can find all the properties under management. In this overview people can find properties by selected date, but also by area.

Bookings

Bookings are integrated with booking.com and airbnb. Those platforms will automatically update the availability status on the website as well the other way around.
